✅ PAID: The Ministry Partners helped us purchase LOT 20 on February 3, 2022. $199,000.
✅ PAID: The Architect 's drawings were purchased in the Summer of 2022 - $52,000.
✅ PAID: Down Payment on Construction Loan: $337,500
❌ DEBT TO PAY: The initial Construction Loan was secured in October of 2024 $1,350,000
